巨頭下調指引再添美股壓力，內房反彈聚焦阿裏雙重上市

昨晚美國市場預料明天美國聯儲局議息會後加息75個基點，面對經濟衰退可能性上升，投資者昨日審慎觀望市場動向，令市場窄幅波動，部分企業亦爲經濟衰退作準備，市傳臺灣部分晶圓代工廠、整合元件製造大廠正重新評估擴產計劃以應對消費性電子產品銷售急劇遇冷，另外美國大型超市沃爾瑪受累通脹、亦下調季度及全年盈利指引，相信陸續會有企業出現這情況，爲後市添加壓力，道指收市升90點，報31900點；標指升5點，報3966點；以科技股爲主的納指跌51點，報11782點。總括而言，美股長期趨勢仍然向下，但由於過度超賣及在橫行區，相信納指在10500點有支持，中線而言就要看更多美國企業第二季業績將會有更明確的方向。02
港股方面，今天內房相關板塊出現報復性反彈，主要源於兩個消息，包括:有消息指出中國國務院上週批準了設房地產基金的計劃，將用於支持陷入流動性困難的房企和部分地方政府新近選定的其他房企，房地產基金規模最高可達2,000億元至3,000億元人民幣之間和中房協與浙江房協今日在杭州聯合主辦房地產紓困項目與金融機構對接商洽會，會議設置了對接專場，紓困項目企業代表與金融機構、有意兼併重組、合作發展解決項目困難的企業，將展開對接交流，另外阿裏回港雙重上市和螞蟻集團高層，一併退任阿裏巴巴合夥人令市場對阿裏前景有更大憧憬，恆指報20905點，升342點，總成交爲965億，總括而言，今天成交薄弱，北水也偏向保守，建議投資者不要過分進取。
