格隆匯7月26日丨億和控股(00838.HK)發佈公吿，集團截至2022年6月30日止六個月內，與國內成立的某知名企業所接訂單約港幣3億元，相比2021年同期內與該企業所接訂單約港幣4500萬元，相當於約567%的同比增長。於該公佈日期，集團與該企業所接訂單約港幣6.60億元，一般項目由接訂單到交付產品的週期約一年到三年。根據集團近期的業務回顧及於該公佈日期可獲得的有關2022年第三、四季度的訂單交付預測，於2021年已交付並確認為收入的訂單約港幣3500萬元，預計於2022年內將交付並確認為收入的訂單約港幣1億元，而截至2022年12月31日預測未交付的訂單約為港幣5.25億元，將於2023年及2024年內交付後並確認為收入。
集團在2021年初開始與該企業在儲能電池、車載電子、光伏逆變器和智慧座艙等汽車零部件業務，以及互聯網伺服器業務開始展開洽談，並在2022年上半年內陸續中標多個重點項目，亦預計在2022年第四季度實現全面量產，主要為其提供汽車零部件業務及互聯網伺服器業務相關的精密結構件製造及產品組裝合成之綜合服務。
集團已經針對該企業的訂單做出相應設備和產能的整體規劃，為已中標專案的加速量產和論證階段專案的快速落地做好了充分準備。公司非常有信心在和該企業全面深化戰略合作的進程中，把握住儲能和新能源賽道波瀾壯闊的歷史性發展機遇，大力開發相關業務，為客户提供優質服務的同時，為整個集團確定性高速發展提供強有力的支援。
