中國玻璃(03300.HK)與中國誠通發展(00217.HK)訂融資租賃安排
中國玻璃(03300.HK)公布,於上周五(22日),間接附屬東台中玻與出租人中國誠通發展(00217.HK)訂立東台融資租賃安排,出租人已同意以總代價1.3億元人民幣向東台中玻購買租賃資產,及將東台租賃資產租回予東台中玻,為期48個月,租賃付款總額約1.41億元人民幣,其將由東台中玻分16期支付予出租人。
於上星期五,另一間附屬陝西中玻與出租人訂立陝西融資租賃安排,出租人已同意以4,000萬元人民幣向陝西中玻購買租賃資產,及將陝西租賃資產租回予陝西中玻,為期48個月,租賃付款總額約4,341萬元人民幣,其將由陝西中玻分16期支付予出租人。
