恆大(03333.HK):與境外債權人達成基本共識 全國樓盤復工率達96%
中國恆大(03333.HK)新任行政總裁肖恩接受《21世紀經濟報道》訪問時表示,近期與多個重要境外債權人,在債務重組原則及方案框架等方面達成基本共識,同時正就恆大物業(06666.HK)的可持續經營及接下來的發展,與多方就潛在的合作進行接洽。
另外,他又稱,目前公司全國樓盤復工率達96%,施工人數達標率86%,自去年7月以來累計完成保交樓任務27.9萬間。即使個別地產項目復工有一定困難,但公司已基本確定項目的復工方案,並積極與業主等各方面溝通。
