《周末樓市》「凱柏峰II」沽出約129伙 二手交投企穩
剛過去周末(16日及17日)本港新盤市場錄得超過140宗成交,以信和置業(00083.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)及招商局置地(00978.HK)合作發展的日出康城「凱柏峰II」為主,該盤昨日(17日)首輪銷售168伙,即日沽出約129伙。項目整個系列上月底開售至今不足三周,沽出約592伙,套現逾51億元。 至於佳寧娜(00126.HK)及宏達控股合作發展的長沙灣「佳悅」周末亦錄得1宗成交,龍湖(00960.HK)及合景泰富(01813.HK)合作的啟德「尚-珒(水盈)」、碧桂園(02007.HK)九龍城「瓏碧」,及恆地(00012.HK)啟德「The Henley」等餘貨都有成交。 二手方面,美聯在剛過去的周末兩天二手10大屋苑錄得約8宗買賣成交,較上周末少1宗或11.1%,並連續第五個周末在單位數徘徊。若按15大屋苑計算,周末兩日錄得約10宗買賣成交,較上周末多1宗。 中原地產十大屋苑本周末錄得7宗成交,較上周少1宗或12.5%,成交分布平均,遍佈港九新界,零成交屋苑減至4個。 利嘉閣周末十大指標屋苑累錄8宗二手成交個案,較上周末的9宗按周減少1宗或11%,連續六周處單位數窄幅徘徊,但當中8個屋苑均有錄得成交,屋苑「捧蛋」情況較對上一周的5個大幅減少。香港置業十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於周末兩日合共錄10宗成交,與上周末6宗比較,按周再反彈67%,重上雙位數水平。周末十大指標屋苑中,有6個屋苑錄得成交。(ek/u) ~
