內房股跌勢未止 萬科、龍湖、碧桂園及旭輝挫4%-10%
中國上半年GDP年增2.5%,單計次季GDP年增放緩至0.4%(前值增4.8%),為九個季度以來最低增速,遜於預期增長1.2%;按季重陷萎縮2.6%(前值增長1.3%),超過市場預期萎縮1.5%。然而,帶動經濟增長「三頭馬車」6月數據普遍勝預期。深成半日反覆續升0.2%;但滬指受累內房板塊捱沽及券商和非銀金融受壓拖累半日反覆續跌0.2%。恆指五連跌,高低見20,656/20,419,現報20,517,續跌232點或1.1%,總成交額660億元。 中銀保監就「停貸事件」回應指,將引導金融機構市場化參與風險處置。然而內地房地產板塊急挫3.3%居跌幅榜。本港內房也普遍續捱沽,藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)三連挫兼失守52周位,最低見27.05元,現報28.3元,續挫5.2%;碧桂園(02007.HK)五連跌,股價低見3.39元,暫守穩3月中旬所創低位3.34元,現報3.41元,續跌5.8%。 萬科(02202.HK)續跌4%報15.85元,創四個月低。富力(02777.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、佳源國際(02768.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)續跌逾4%-6%。 獲控股股東增持50萬股的旭輝(00884.HK)繼昨天反彈結束八連跌後,今天股價急挫10%報2.44元,創四個月低。然而,潤地(01109.HK)低見33.05元獲承接,曾倒升高見34.45元,現報33.9元,僅續跌0.1%。
