《大行報告》大摩:中電(00002.HK)出售印度業務部分權益 對盈利構成另一個打擊
摩根士丹利發表報告指,中電(00002.HK)公布出售印度業務10%權益,料將錄得一次性虧損約9.8億元,同時集團亦預期錄得進一步的未經審計虧損,為印度業務投資當中相關外匯及對沖儲備全數變現,估計約22億元,即總計約32億元。
該行認為,是次是對中電盈利的另一個打擊,雖然中電在香港以外的業務從來都非一帆風順,但今年全年有關虧損或達100億元,可能抹去集團全年的全部經營利潤。不過,只要澳洲和印度的經營利潤保持正數,香港利潤管制下的盈利保持不變,再加上來自內地的核電盈利,大摩認為集團今年維持每股3.1元的股息是沒有風險。
摩根士丹利維持對中電股份「減持」評級及目標價68元。
