上海電氣(02727.HK):股份無償劃轉完成過户登記
格隆匯7月12日丨上海電氣(02727.HK)發佈公吿,有關公司控股股東無償劃轉所持有的部份公司股份。2022年7月12日,電氣控股收到中國證券登記結算有限責任公司出具的《過户登記確認書》,確認本次股份無償劃轉的股份過户登記已於7月11日辦理完畢。
本次股份無償劃轉完成後,公司總股本保持不變,為155.798億股。電氣控股直接或間接持有公司股份數量為77.557億股,佔公司總股本的49.78%;上海國投公司直接持有公司股份數量為7.853億股,佔公司總股本的5.04%。本次股份無償劃轉完成後,公司的控股股東仍為電氣控股,公司的實際控制人仍為上海市國有資產監督管理委員會。
