港股異動 | 內房股重挫,多股被調出港股通,更有個股估值遭基金下調近70%
格隆匯7月11日丨內房股重挫,時代中國控股、合景泰富集團、融信中國跌超10%,新城發展、碧桂園、寶龍地產跌超8%。消息面上,世茂集團、佳兆業集團、融創中國、中國恆大、中國奧園等股被調出港股通,今日起生效。此外,南方基金7月9日公吿,對旗下南方恆生中國企業ETF持有的融創中國按照1.37港幣進行估值。而就在前一天,華夏及博時兩家基金公司也同時下調了世茂集團及融創中國兩隻港股的估值,估值分別調整為1.34港幣、1.39港幣,相比停牌前4.58港元的價格,最新估值下調比例均接近70%。
