包浩斯國際(00483.HK)首財季整體同店銷售跌10% 香港地區升3%
包浩斯國際(00483.HK)公布,截至2022年6月底止首財季集團自營實體店舖整體同店銷售按年下跌10%,當中香港地區升3%,澳門則跌51%。
期內集團相關店舖加權平均數目為35間,當中香港及澳門分別為27間及8間。截至6月底,集團共經營40間分店,按季減少3間,當中香港減少2間至31間,澳門減少1間至9間。
包浩斯指出,澳門疫情爆發導致零售氣氛及客流量受到重挫,管理層將密切關注澳門線下零售店舖,以評估各線下零售店舖短期營運可行性,並會在必要時縮短營業時間或暫停營業,強調會將員工及客戶窆健康及福祉列為首要考慮,預期縮短營業時間或暫停店舖營業情況僅屬暫時性質。
