中金發表報告表示預計,澳門博彩牌照公開競投有望於7月開始,最遲於11月發布最終中標結果。
該行指,澳門新規變化主要集中在對博彩營運商的提出的關鍵評估標準和要求,包括開拓外國客源巿場的計劃、投資非博彩項目、最低50億澳門元的公司資本要求。
中金認為,新增條款符合市場預期,對應了新頒布的博彩法和澳門的總體經濟發展訴求。同時認為以上新增條款對行業較為積極,使得投資者對澳門特區政府的要求和牌照競投具體流程要求更加清晰。
