格隆匯6月29日丨社交媒體Pinterest(PINS.US)公佈,首席執行官Ben Silbermann離職,由谷歌前高層Bill Ready接任。市場揣測,具有豐富電商發展經驗的Ready,可能有助Pinterest業務轉型,成為具廣吿收入支持的電商平台。現年42歲的Ready離開谷歌前,是谷歌電商與支付系統操作部主管。39歲的Silbermann掌管Pinterest長達12年,是公司共同創辦人之一,他將轉任集團執行主席。Ready將加入Pinterest董事會,基本年薪是40萬美元,有權獲配發860萬股A股認股權。
