三寶科技(01708.HK)以4,126萬人幣出售信投公司15%股權
三寶科技(01708.HK)公布,有關公司通過青島產權交易所以公開掛牌方式出售公司所持有的信投公司15.12%股權。目前公開掛牌程序已獲完成。信投公司原股東紫金投資為潛在出售事項最終受讓人。
於昨日(28日)公司及紫金投資訂立產權交易合同,同意出售且紫金投資同意購買待售股份,代價為4,126.32萬元人民幣。出售事項完成後,公司將不再持有信投公司任何權益。
