格隆匯6月22日丨塗鴉智能-W(02391.HK)發佈公吿,公司擬全球發售730萬股股份,其中香港發售股份73萬股,國際發售股份657萬股,另有15%超額配股權;2022年6月22日至6月27日招股,預期定價日為6月27日;公開發售價將不超過每股發售股份22.80港元,A類普通股將以每手200股進行交易,入場費約4606港元;中金公司、BofA SECURITIES及摩根士丹利為聯席保薦人;預計A類普通股將於2022年7月5日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
