高盛發表報告,降香港今年GDP增長預測至0.3%,較市場預期1%低,因受累持續封關、疫情反覆及金融環境收緊。 高盛指,隨著社交距離措施放寬和派發消費券,本港經濟正逐步復甦。不過,6月份確診數字上升,現行社交距離措施或延續,加上本地息口可能跟隨美國加息周期,或會影響復甦進度。 高盛亦指,目前本港私人消費仍遠低於2019年的水平,具很大的復甦空間。而大灣區、持續增長的離岸人民幣業務,以及增加土地供應的發展戰略,都可以提升本港中長期的經濟增長。但如果提高疫情限制,特別是檢疫要求,香港金融和服務業與世界其他地區的融合可能會因此受阻。
