恆地(00012.HK)李家傑稱上海封城拖慢有關項目進度約半年
恆地(00012.HK)主席李家傑在出席周年股東大會後表示,目前不少內地房地產企業正在縮表及降槓桿,因此市況比較低迷,但政府已開始推出不同政策支援行業發展,例如部分城市放寬限購措施,相信內地對市場微調很有經驗,估計內房行業不會大跌,可安然渡過是次調整。
他又指上海封城對集團項目有影響,包括有關項目不能動工及裝修,預料進度延遲約半年。不過上海近日已開始重新開放,集團會於下半年盡力追趕工程進度。
