聯邦制藥(03933.HK)簽訂修訂融資協議
格隆匯3月22日丨聯邦制藥(03933.HK)公吿,公司(作為借款方)與中國銀行(香港)有限公司簽訂修訂融資協議,獲授予貸款額度(i)2億港元貸款額度;及(ii)高達2億港元或等值美元貸款額度。該貸款額度須於接受修訂融資協議後3個月內提取。貸款1將於第一次提款日期一年後全額償還。貸款2於首次提取後的第18個月、24個月、30個月及36個月,分別按貸款額度有效期末的未償還貸款的10%、20%、20%及50%分四期償還。
