日出康城第11B期命名「凱柏峰」 提供592伙冀下月登場
信和置業(00083.HK)與嘉華國際(00173.HK)及招商局置地(00978.HK)合作發展的港鐵(00066.HK)日出康城第11B期發展項目命名為「凱柏峰 I Villa Garda I」,嘉華國際營業及市場策劃總監(香港地產)溫偉明在記者會上期望項目短期批預售樓花同意書,稱取得批文後將隨即上載樓書,冀6月可推出市場。
信和置業營業部集團聯席董事田兆源介紹指,項目共提供592伙,戶型由一房至三房不等,當中兩房佔約六成,未來售價會參考區內成交等。(ek/k) ~
