大行評級 | 瑞信:香港地產股估值吸引,行業首選新鴻基地產(0016.HK)
格隆匯5月25日丨瑞信發表研究報告指出,雖然美國聯儲局加息,但預期香港的按揭利率將溫和上升,而香港銀行體系流動性充裕,加上首季較少新盤推出,在被壓抑需求的持續支持下,該行對香港發展商第二季至第三季的銷售前景維持正面看法。
此外,該行認爲香港地產股估值吸引,將繼續跑贏大市,其中較爲偏好住宅發展商,其次是零售及寫字樓發展商,並首選新地(0016.HK)認爲其項目管道充足。
