中木國際(01822.HK)與青島海信房地產訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月24日丨中木國際(01822.HK)公吿,亞太森林開發(香港)有限公司(由公司間接擁有的全資附屬公司)已於近期與青島海信房地產股份有限公司(海信)訂立戰略合作協議。
根據戰略合作協議,亞太森林將透過未來在中國所成立的全資附屬子公司向海信供應成品傢俱、傢俱半成品及其他木材製品包括木結構模具、木地板、門窗框等及提供技術及加工服務,並負責產品售後維護。
戰略合作協議可擴大及深化集團木材產品的市場及產品類別。董事會認為,此次與海信的戰略合作與集團未來發展戰略及經營需求一致,並符合公司及其股東的整體利益。
