格隆匯5月20日丨荷蘭半導體設備製造商阿斯麥(ASML.US)盤前漲2.43%,報538.8美元。據路透社,阿斯麥(ASML)正在研發一款價值4億美元的半導體新光刻機,這款雙層巴士大小的機器重量將超過200噸,用於生產可覆蓋手機、筆電、汽車、人工智能等電子設備的下一代芯片。ASML計劃到2020年代末將這款設備作為公司旗艦產品,原型機有望於2023年上半年完成,最早2025年將生產模型投入使用。
