新地(00016.HK)副董事總經理雷霆在記者會上表示,集團旗下白石角全新住宅項目「Silicon Hill」第一期已取得預售樓花同意書,今日(19日)向傳媒開放兩個交樓標準示範單位,預期項目下週初公佈首張價單,最快月底開售。 他指,集團另一項目何文田太子道西「PRINCE CENTRAL」預期近日會取得滿意紙,將隨即公佈價單及收票,估計或於下週開始銷售。 雷霆又提到,集團下季料將推出天水圍「Wetland Seasons Bay」第三期、屯門「NOVO LAND」及北角「海璇」第二期,相信近日新盤銷情理想,不少買家屬投資者,市場對樓市的信心已恢復。
