匯豐與青協研究:本地大學生於大灣區最想從事文化及創意
匯豐與香港青年協會研究發現,受訪720名有意到粵港澳大灣區其他城市發展的本地大學生,最想從事的行業為「文化及創意」,有17.9%受訪者有意發展、其次是「金融服務」及「科技與創新」,分別有17.6%和17.2%。
研究於2021年3月至12月期間,邀請本港各大專院校三年級以上學生填寫網上問卷。結果顯示,分別有84.1%和84%受訪者認為大灣區的事業發展機會和市場規模具相當吸引力。他們最想到深圳發展(52.5%),其次是廣州(19.4%)。
是項研究嘗試建立「大灣區就業所需的五大技能框架」,並讓受訪者以此框架自評競爭力。大學生認為自己在大灣區具有競爭優勢,受訪者自評最高分為專業操守,10分之中評分為8.38、普通話評分為8.04、靈活變通評分為7.78,數碼技能評分為6.17。
