廣東省中山市下調土地競買保證金比例至20% 可分期繳納地價款
廣東省中山市住房和城鄉建設局聯合發布《關於優化土地供應促進房地產市場健康穩定發展的若干措施》提出下調競買保證金比例。
具體措施為,競買保證金可按不低於出讓起始價20%設置。成交後,競買保證金自動轉作合同定金後若不足成交價20%的,競得人應於簽訂出讓合同之前按時交納不足部份。
同時,會優化地價款支付方式。可約定分期繳納地價款,受讓人於簽訂出讓合同之日起30日內必須繳納出讓價款50%的首付款(含定金),餘款(出讓價款50%)需於簽訂出讓合同之日起365日內一次性或分期付清,並按合同約定支付利息。(ta/w) ~
