安徽安慶公積金貸款最高50萬元 首次購房公積金貸款首付20%
格隆匯5月17日丨據安徽省安慶市住房公積金管理中心消息,近日該中心下發了《安慶市住房公積金管理委員會關於調整住房公積金貸款有關政策的意見》。 《意見》顯示,夫妻雙方繳存住房公積金的,最高貸款額度爲50萬元,單方繳存住房公積金的,最高貸款額度爲40萬元。具體貸款額度與職工住房公積金月繳存額和還款能力掛鉤。文件顯示,凡在安慶市行政區域內,首次申請住房公積金貸款購買新建商品住房的,首付比例最低爲20%(二手房最低爲30%);首次貸款已還清,第二次申請住房公積金貸款購買新建商品住房的,首付比例最低爲30%(二手房最低爲40%),貸款利率按住房公積金貸款基準利率1.1倍執行。
