長春市出臺多項惠民措施支持市場主體紓困
格隆匯5月14日丨長春市舉行應對疫情影響、支持市場主體紓困新聞發佈會。相關負責人表示,長春市全面落實國家減稅降費政策,全年預計減、免、退各類稅費約100億元;同時,疊加實施減免房租、減降社保費和公積金,減免產權交易費、股權質押融資和股權轉讓手續費等針對性舉措。全市統籌安排2億元消費券、3億元房租補貼、3.5億元創業就業補貼、1億元購房補貼,以及工業穩增長獎補、重點產業引導、常態化疫情防控補貼等各類專項資金19億元,並配套實施失業保險穩崗返還、工會經費回撥等資金投入。
