格隆匯5月13日丨亦辰集團(08365.HK)公吿,截至2022年3月31日止6個月錄得收益約3010萬港元,同比增加約21.9%。虧損約440萬港元,而截至2021年3月31日止6個月則錄得虧損約650萬港元。虧損減少主要由於自公司收購雅博集團國際有限公司以來及直至2022年3月31日來自該公司的收益貢獻約1920萬港元。每股基本及攤薄虧損約為0.72港仙;不建議就截至2022年3月31日止六個月派付中期股息(2021年:無)。
