《即日市評》科網及銀行股領航大市 車股呈反彈

受科網股及金融股帶動下，恆指今日回升。美聯儲局主席鮑威爾獲美國參議院確認連任多四年，他指重申聯儲局將在未來兩次議息會議上加息半釐，若數據未有回落將準備採取更多行動，美股道指及納指昨晚各跌0.3%及0.1%；執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率升至2.91釐，美匯指數升至104.61，美股道指期貨最新升214點或0.68%，納指期貨最新升1.6%。摩通亞洲區貨幣指數升0.21%至102.51，人幣即期收跌70點報6.7830兌一美元，上證綜指今日升29點或近1%收3,084點，深證成指升0.59%，滬深兩市成交額共7,571億人民幣。人行公佈中國4月新增人民幣貸款6,454億元，市場原預期1.53萬億元。
恆指今早高開235點後升幅擴大，全日升518點或2.68%，收19,898點；國指升212點或3.22%，收6,807點；恆生科技指數升174點或4.5%，收4,038點。大市全日成交總額1,166.48億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入22.75億及22.57億元人民幣。科網股領漲，騰訊(00700.HK)升3%，美團(03690.HK)升6.8%。
恆指本週累跌103點或0.51%、國指國指本週累跌2點或0.04%及恆生科指本週累升2點或0.07%，市場擔心美聯儲加息半釐不足遏抑通，近日美元匯價轉強及人民幣匯價走低。
【金管局入市 銀行股上揚】
金管局近日接連承接港元沽盤，銀行股上揚，匯控(00005.HK)及中銀香港(02388.HK)股價各漲2.1%及2.8%，渣打(02888.HK)彈高3.5%。大和最新發表報告表示，指該行早在2月份的研報中，預計香港到2023年底至少還會有1,000億美元的淨流出，其中大部分發生在2022年，監於現在對美國加息的預測更爲進取，預料金管局會更頻繁入市承接港元沽盤、規模更大。該行料美國聯邦基金利率將在2022年底達到2.625%，到2023年底達到4.375%。
據大和今年2月中報告預計香港到2023年底至少還會有1,000億美元的淨流出，報告指美聯儲局自2008年底開始整個超激進貨幣刺激週期中，令到有3,400億美元流入香港，並指市場反映中國內地及香港宏觀經濟惡化、利率基本面轉變及通脹轉期下，香港於2021年已錄資金淨流出480億美元(在2021年2月至12月期間，指較2021年2 月流入淨資金最高位4,180億美元累跌11%，即香港至2021年年底累計錄資金淨流入約3,700億美元水平)。而該行亦比較美聯儲局在2016年至2019年貨幣政策收緊週期時，指香港當時累計曾錄資金淨流出約550億美元。
【升股千二隻 汽車股反彈】
港股今日市寬轉好，主板股票的升跌比率爲30比11(上日8比34)，上升股份1,267只(升幅3.2%)，恆指成份股今日63只股份上升，下跌股份3只，升跌比率爲95比4(上日爲8比89)；大市今日錄沽217.05億元，佔可沽空股份成交額981.64億的22.111%(上日爲24.196%)。
市場憧憬內地新一輪汽車下鄉政策，汽車股反彈，長城汽車(02333.HK)升12.5%，吉利(00175.HK)及理想(02015.HK)各升8.1%及6.9%，小鵬(09868.HK)及廣汽(02238.HK)各升8.3%及6.8%。
