《大行報告》富瑞下調永利澳門(01128.HK)目標價至4.8元 評級「持有」
富瑞發表報告指,永利澳門(01128.HK)今年首季經調整物業EBITDA虧損爲600萬美元,大致符合市場預期,惟略高於去年第四季的水平。該行又指,除非中國放寬其「清零」政策,否則預期永利第二季續錄得EBITDA虧損。
該行補充,相信在廣東放寬旅行限制後,澳門博彩行業將會見底,但全面復甦取決於政府放寬旅行和檢疫政策。但是,除非內地本土感染病例接近於零,否則預計不會發生上述情況。因此該行將永利澳門目標價由6元下調至4.8元,維持「持有」評級。(ca/s)
