耐克(NIKE.US)指責StockX出售假鞋並提出訴訟
格隆匯5月12日丨耐克(NIKE.US)已經修改了對StockX的訴訟,包括指控其平台上銷售標為“正品”的假貨商品。此前,耐克公司稱其在過去幾個月中從StockX購買了四雙假鞋,包括一雙Air Jordan 1 High OG “Patent Bred” 運動鞋。耐克公司在向紐約南區法院提交的文件中稱,“這四雙假鞋都是在短短兩個月內在StockX的平台上購買的,都貼有StockX的‘驗證真品’吊牌,而且鞋盒裏都有StockX的紙質收據,説明鞋子的狀況是‘100%真品’”。
