新鴻基公司(00086.HK)公佈,附屬新鴻基策略資本擬以1億美元認購基金GCO Global Credit Special Situations Feeder Fund I,公司以轉讓現有信貸組合及現金支付方式認購該基金。基金投資於多元化且無相關的組合,主要爲全球信貸市場的信貸證券及/或工具。
公司全資附屬及聯合集團(00373.HK)間接非全資附屬SHKFC與基金管理人GCO Holdings訂立貸款協議,SHKFC同意有條件向GCO Holdings提供400萬美元貸款。
