《新股消息》據報雲康集團快將招股 料集資1.5億美元
據《IFR》引述消息人士指,內地醫學營運服務商雲康集團將於本週四建簿,快將啓動首次公開發售,預期將集資約1.5億美元。
雲康集團已於上月底通過聯交所上市聆訊,由招銀國際及浦銀國際擔任聯席保薦人。
初步招股資料顯示,雲康集團主要提供診斷外包服務,以及爲醫聯體與非醫療機構提供診斷檢測服務,截至4月25日,集團已協助建立及營運322間現場診斷中心。去年度集團純利達3.8億元人民幣,按年增長逾49%,收入亦增長41%至16.96億元人民幣。
