陈茂波:第二阶段消费券料暑假发放
财政司司长陈茂波周日(1日)发表网志,预期将在暑假期间开始分期发放第二阶段、总额5,000元的消费券,并会新增的中银香港(02388.HK)的BoC Pay及汇丰银行的PayMe等六个储值支付工具营办商。
他表示,当局正与各营办商商讨具体细节安排,目标是在今年中开始接受登记,又指市民届时可以选择是否转换电子支付工具收取第二阶段消费券。
