格隆匯4月29日丨百濟神州(688235.SH)發佈2021年年度報吿，實現營業收入75.89億元，同比增長257.94%；研發費用為95.38億元，同比增長6.66%；研發投入佔營業收入的比例的125.69%。
公司目前共有3款自主研發並獲批上市藥物，包括百悦澤®(澤布替尼，一款用於治療多種血液腫瘤的布魯頓酪氨酸激酶(BTK)的小分子抑制劑)、百澤安®(替雷利珠單抗，一款用於治療多種實體瘤及血液腫瘤的抗PD-1抗體)和百匯澤®(帕米帕利，一款具有選擇性的PARP1和PARP2小分子抑制劑)。百悦澤®已在美國、中國、歐盟、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞等超過45個市場獲批。百澤安®和百匯澤®目前也已在中國上市。公司已在中國建立了一支強大的、立足科學的、超過3100名員工的商業化團隊。通過利用公司在中國的商業化能力，公司獲授權許可在中國市場商業化13款已獲批藥物。在全球臨牀開發及商業化能力的支持下，公司已與世界領先生物製藥公司(如安進及諾華)建立合作，以開發及商業化創新藥物。
公司致力於通過內部研發或與志同道合的合作伙伴共同推進同類最優或同類首創的臨牀候選藥物，從而為全球患者開發具有影響力和可負擔性的藥物。公司擁有強大的臨牀前研究能力，擁有一支超過800人的研究團隊和先進的自主研發技術平台，已成功將12款臨牀前藥物候選物推進到臨牀階段。目前公司的臨牀前研究項目超過50個，其中約一半有潛力成為同類首創或同類最佳項目。公司的自主臨牀開發能力深厚，包括擁有一支超過2200名員工的全球臨牀開發團隊，該團隊正在為超過30種藥物和候選藥物執行90多項正在進行或已計劃的臨牀試驗。這些臨牀試驗包括針對公司的產品組合所開展的超過30項關鍵性或潛在註冊可用臨牀試驗。產品組合中也涵蓋了3款自主研發並已獲批的藥物。公司的臨牀試驗入組了超過14500名受試者，其中約半數是在中國以外入組。
公司已建立先進的生產能力，在中國和海外進行了全面佈局。公司已在中國蘇州和廣州分別建立了先進的小分子及大分子生物藥生產基地以支持產品開發及商業化。蘇州生產設施年產能約1億粒片劑和膠囊，公司正在蘇州新建一座小分子製造工廠，建成後年產能可達6億劑固體口服制劑。公司在廣州擁有先進的生物製劑生產設施，一期工廠和二期工廠產能達24000升，三期工廠建成後，總產能將達到64000升。公司還計劃在美國新澤西州建立一座商業化階段的生物製劑生產和臨牀研發中心。公司也與高質量的合約生產機構(CMO)合作，生產自主研發的臨牀階段和商業化產品。
自2010年成立以來，公司已成為一家全方位一體化的全球性公司，在包括中國、美國、歐洲及澳大利亞等23個國家和地區擁有超過8000名員工。
