Caterpillar(CAT.US)首季盈利爲15.37億美元,按年近乎持平,調整後每股盈利爲2.88美元,超出市場預期的2.6美元。收入增長約14%至135.9億美元,高於市場預期。
行政總裁Jim Umpleby表示,中國10噸及以上的挖土機市場在過去兩年非常強勁,但中國目前的防疫措施將打擊當地建築活動,預計今年中國對挖土機的需求可能跌至略低於疫情爆發前的水平。
