格隆匯4月28日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公吿,自德國於2022年2月中旬推出開放旅遊的計劃以來,Steigenberger Hotels AG及其附屬公司(DH或Legacy-DH)的平均可出租客房收入持續回升。平均可出租客房收入於2022年3月恢復至2019年水平的65%,相比之下2022年1月僅為2019年水平的47%。然而,由於平均可出租客房收入的復甦仍在起步階段,全面的現金流量改善計劃仍至關重要。因此,DH將繼續專注於效率的提高、進一步的租金減免談判及員工成本優化。
2022年第一季度,在營酒店(不包括徵用中酒店)綜合日均房價224元人民幣,綜合入住率59.2%,平均可出租客房綜合收入132。
截至2022年3月31日,華住於17個國家經營7,988家酒店,並有764,859間在營客房。華住旗下品牌包括海友酒店、怡萊酒店、漢庭酒店、全季酒店、星程酒店、桔子酒店、桔子水晶酒店、漫心酒店、美崙酒店、禧玥酒店、花間堂、你好酒店、CitiGO Hotel、施柏閣、美侖美奐酒店、Jaz in the City、IntercityHotel、Zleep Hotels、施柏閣大觀及宋品酒店。此外,華住還擁有在大中華地區作為美居、宜必思及宜必思尚品主要加盟商的權利,以及美爵酒店與諾富特酒店的合作開發權。
