公司董事會近日收到賈鳳超先生的書面辭職報吿。賈鳳超先生由於個人工作崗位調整原因提出辭去第八屆董事會董事、副總經理、董事會薪酬與考核委員會委員職務，辭職生效後將繼續在公司擔任黨委委員職務。
公司於2022年4月26日召開第八屆董事會第十三次會議，審議通過了《關於調整董事會成員人數的議案》、《關於提名耿超先生為公司非獨立董事候選人的議案》，根據董事會組成人員安排，公司董事會提名耿超先生（簡歷詳見附件）為公司第八屆董事會非獨立董事候選人，任期與第八屆董事會一致。
