內地對電子煙企首次公開發行股票並上市申請進行前置審查
國家煙草專賣局發布對電子煙有關企業境內外首次公開發行股票並上市進行前置審查的實施細則,文件顯示,擬境內外首次公開發行股票並上市的電子煙有關企業應當向國務院煙草專賣行政主管部門報送前置審查申請文件及相關材料,經過國務院煙草專賣行政主管部門審查通過後方可履行後續發行上市程序。
同時,對電子煙有關企業首次公開發行股票並上市申請進行的前置審查,不表明對該證券的投資價值或投資者收益作出實質性判斷或保證。(ta/s) ~
