電視廣播(00511.HK)附屬與華人劇薈就《隱娘》訂立聯合投資合同
格隆匯4月26日丨電視廣播(00511.HK)發佈公吿，於2022年4月26日，公司關連附屬公司翡翠東方與華人劇薈就華人劇薈製作電視劇集《隱娘》訂立聯合投資合同，據此，翡翠東方已同意投資人民幣1574萬元，回報為播放及發行收入的固定分成人民幣1699.7萬元。
就聯合投資合同而言，於2022年4月26日，公司與翡翠東方訂立投資接替合同，據此，翡翠東方已應公司要求與華人劇薈訂立聯合投資合同，且須於扣除其就電視劇集《隱娘》向華人劇薈支付的投資額後，將從中所得一半溢利分派予公司。倘翡翠東方根據聯合投資合同收取的播放及發行收入少於其向華人劇薈支付的投資額，導致翡翠東方產生虧損，但翡翠東方並無違反聯合投資合同，則翡翠東方有權向公司申索有關虧損補償，金額最高為人民幣1574萬元。
同日，公司亦與華人劇薈訂立演員服務合作框架協議及分發合作框架協議，內容分別有關於2022年4月26日至2023年4月25日止12個月期間（i）公司向華人劇薈及／或其聯營公司提供演員服務，以參演華人劇薈及／或其聯營公司製作的電視劇集；及（ii）集團向華人劇薈及／或其聯營公司購買播映權，但受相關協議的條款及條件所規限。
無線電視通過與當地實力雄厚的企業合作，在內容製作及演員管理領域不斷擴大其於中國內地的市場佈局及影響力。公司亦繼續為其演員在中國尋找收入及市場曝光機會。華人劇薈為中國領先的電視劇製作商。翡翠東方為公司於中國註冊成立的附屬公司，主要從事提供電視節目。
通過訂立電視劇集聯合投資及演員服務合作框架協議，無線電視可推進其商業目標，並通過演員管理收入及劇集聯合制作溢利獲得財務利益。此外，分發合作框架協議讓集團優先於第三方購買由華人劇薈及／或其聯營公司製作的電視劇集的播映權。電視劇集聯合投資與獲得提供演員服務及購買當地電視劇集播映權的優先權相結合的方式，亦可作為未來與中國其他主要內容製作商合作具商業價值的模式。
