匯控(00005.HK):踏入第三季後香港按揭業務會有良好增長
匯控(00005.HK)財務總監邵偉信在傳媒電話會議上表示,很多香港的按揭業務均在分行承造,預計第二季按揭業務仍有下跌,但香港分行在上星期開始恢復正常營業,相信踏入第三季後,按揭業務會有良好增長。
邵偉信表示,歡迎香港政府將入境人士隔離日數由最初三個星期縮短至一個星期,方便探親和公幹,又認為隔離措施並非香港獨有,亦是為市民利益著想,集團沒有計劃將員工撤離香港。
邵偉信指,滯脹並非集團預測基準,認為滯脹意味著全球部分地區出現衰退,而由於主要市場今年經濟預測均為正增長,目前預測滯脹仍有很遠一段距離。
