格隆匯4月22日丨匯聚科技(1729.HK)大幅拉昇漲22.4%,6日累計升幅達62%。現報1.53港元刷新歷史高價,總市值30億港元。日前公司要約結果出爐,立訊精密本次共接獲全部股份約0.03%的要約,持股佔比將增至70.95%。立訊強調,未來將與公司在精密製造、數字化管理、經營理念和客户資源等方面相互賦能,持續提升戰略協同。值得注意的是,日前遭獨立非執行董事陳忠信高位減持182.4萬股。
