錦欣生殖(01951.HK)斥逾9.5億人民幣增持昆明兩醫院權益
錦欣生殖(01951.HK)公布,向獨立第三方天津濱海遠賢收購九洲醫院及和萬家醫院股權,現金總代價9.54億人民幣,擬以內部資源撥付。完成後,公司將持有兩家醫院約96.5%實際股權。
九洲醫院位於雲南省昆明市盤龍區,為一家專門提供輔助生殖服務、男科、婦產科及婦科的二級綜合醫院。和萬家醫院位於雲南省昆明市五華區,為一家專門提供輔助生殖服務、婦產科及婦科的三級專科醫院。目前,公司間接持有兩家醫院約5.1%股權。
