港股異動 | 香港銀行股普漲 匯豐、渣打漲超1.5%
格隆匯4月21日丨香港銀行股普漲,匯豐控股漲近2%,渣打漲超1.5%,恆生銀行、中銀香港、大新國際銀行、東亞銀行跟漲。匯豐控股公佈,昨日於倫敦市場回購783.79萬股,每股作價介於5.261至5.41英鎊,每股加權平均價為5.3586英鎊,共涉資4200萬英鎊(約4.3億港元);而匯豐去年10月開展的20億美元回購計劃宣吿昨日完成,平均價為每股4.8128英鎊。另外,匯豐於早前業績時表示,擬啟動進一步回購最多達10億美元的股份,並待上述20億美元的回購完成後展開。渣打公佈,昨日於倫敦市場回購159.6萬股,每股作價介於5.08至5.196英鎊,每股加權平均價為5.1547英鎊,共涉資822.69萬英鎊(約8432.59萬港元)。
