荷蘭晶片光刻機生產商艾司摩爾(ASML.US)公布首季業績。季度淨利潤6.95億歐元,按年跌61%,高於市場預期的6.21億歐元。每股季度盈利1.73歐元。季度淨銷售35.34億歐元,按年跌29%,高於市場預期的34.4億歐元,以及公司1月時預測的介乎33億至35億歐元。
公司指,季內有約20億歐元銷售因客戶要求,在未完成測試前已經交付,該等銷售料於未來季度入賬。截至首季的淨訂單總值69.77億歐元。公司預期現季度銷售51億至53億歐元,維持全年銷售增長20%的預測。
公司的主要客戶包括台積電、三星、英特爾、SK海力士及美光科技等。
