心連心化肥(01866.HK)折讓近13%配股 淨籌3.59億元
中國心連心化肥(01866.HK)公佈,以先舊後新方式配售最多5,650萬股補足銷售股份,以及2,200萬股減持銷售股份,即合共配售7,850萬股,佔公司擴大後股本約6.39%,每股銷售價6.5元,較昨日(19日)收市價7.43元折讓約12.52%。
公司指出,是次交易料集資約3.67億元,淨集約3.59億元,擬用於透過去槓桿化及調整集團的債務結構來加強財務狀況;支持集團長遠的發展策略(包括但不限於任何潛在併購)。
