IDG能源投資(00650.HK)：一名廣東客户向PDT採購兩組單片濕式處理設備
格隆匯4月19日丨IDG能源投資(00650.HK)發佈公吿，於2022年4月18日，公司全資附屬公司上海普達特半導體設備有限公司（PDT）接獲一名廣東省客户的採購訂單。該客户由一名本地汽車製造商共同創立，主要從事汽車級及工業控制領域的碳化硅晶片的製造及開發。其亦為新能源汽車及工業控制領域的IDM、設計公司、汽車及工業終端客户提供芯片製造代工服務。
根據採購訂單，該客户同意向PDT採購兩組單片濕式處理設備，該產品專注於SiC背面清洗應用。與市場上其他類似產品相比，由PDT製造Cube產品的主要優勢在於其旨在透過利用在腔體佈局的疊加性儘量提高半導體制造的生產力，從而透過同一方式擴大產能及降低所有權成本。預計兩組設備將分別於2022年及2023年第四季度交付予該客户。
董事會認為，採購訂單乃於公司日常及一般業務過程中按正常商業條款訂立，條款屬公平合理，並符合公司及其股東的整體利益。董事認為，接獲採購訂單標誌着新業務的重要里程碑，並展現了由公司總裁劉二壯博士領導管理團隊的能力，以為公司股東帶來最大財務回報。
展望未來，公司將繼續加緊執行新業務的計劃，採取的行動包括但不限於以下各項：(a)繼續於江蘇省徐州市從事太陽能電池及半導體單片清洗設備生產線建設，預期將於2022年上半年投產；(b)根據採購訂單完成製造及交付該產品以及設計及製造其他半導體清洗產品。公司目前擬生產的產品包括多種可清洗6寸、8寸及12寸晶圓的設備。產品應用範圍涵蓋晶圓背面減薄、背面清洗、預清洗、灰化後清洗及濕法蝕刻等；(c)與客户（為全球濕式處理設備行業的龍頭企業）密切合作，根據日期為2022年1月27日的製造及供應協議開始製造太陽能電池清洗設備，並將致力優化供應鏈及提高產品的盈利能力；及(d)開發半導體清洗設備及太陽能電池清洗設備的高質量客户。
