格隆匯4月19日丨三葉草生物-B(02197.HK)公吿，董事會欣然宣佈兩項正在進行的SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)評估研究的更多積極數據，數據顯示在基礎免疫接種後約6個月仍具持久的保護效力，以及接種一劑加強針後，產生了中和奧密克戎和其他值得關注變異株的強勁免疫應答。這些數據來源於100多名受試者的擴大數據集。
在2022年4月18日舉辦的2022年華盛頓年世界疫苗大會(World Vaccine Congress Washington 2022)上，公司在題為"三葉草生物的佐劑蛋白疫苗：對新冠病毒變異株的保護效力和持久性"的演講中公佈了該數據。
在基礎免疫接種後約6個月的保護效力持久性
一項擴展隨訪分析的新數據集證實了早期的研究發現，並顯示在基礎免疫接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)後約6個月對個體產生了高且持久的保護作用。隨訪分析涉及超出1.47萬名無證據暴露在病毒中的受試者和超出1.47萬名有證據先前暴露在病毒中的受試者。
在無新冠病毒感染史的成年人(18-59歲)中，在基礎免疫接種後約6個月，對預防任何新冠毒株引起的重度新冠肺炎的保護效力仍為100%，對預防需住院治療的新冠肺炎的保護效力為95%。在老年人(60歲及以上)中，在基礎免疫接種後約6個月，對預防任何新冠毒株引起的重度新冠肺炎的保護效力仍為100%，對預防需住院治療的新冠肺炎的保護效力仍為100%。
在既往感染過新冠病毒的個體中，在基礎免疫接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)後，對預防任何新冠毒株引起的任何嚴重程度的新冠肺炎的保護效力為71%，在約6個月期間，未觀察到對新冠肺炎的臨牀療效降低的趨勢。這個人羣在接種首劑SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)後，中和抗體迅速增加，這與針對新冠肺炎的臨牀保護作用有關，這種保護作用在基礎免疫接種後持續了約6個月。

針對原型毒株的加強針數據：在既往接種兩劑阿斯利康COVID-19疫苗的個體中，接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)異源加強針誘導的針對原型毒株的中和抗體水平比接種三劑阿斯利康疫苗的個體高出約4倍。與2022年2月宣佈的76人初步數據相比，在擴展的103人中，接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)異源加強針可以強烈地激活免疫應答記憶，為免疫成熟提供了證據。
針對奧密克戎和其他值得關注變異株的加強針數據：在既往接種兩劑阿斯利康新冠疫苗的個體中，接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)異源加強針誘導的針對奧密克戎變異株的中和抗體水平比接種三劑阿斯利康疫苗的個體高出約3倍。與2022年3月公佈的79人初步數據相比較，在擴展的120人中，接種SCB-2019(CpG1018╱鋁佐劑)加強針與接種三劑阿斯利康疫苗相比，顯示出對貝塔、伽瑪、德爾塔和奧密克戎等值得關注變異株的更強的中和抗體反應。
