中國光大水務(01857.HK)成功發行10億元中票
格隆匯4月18日丨中國光大水務(01857.HK)宣佈，公司已完成於中國境內向銀行間債券市場機構投資者發行本金為人民幣10億元的中期票據(“第三期中期票據”)。第三期中期票據期限為3年，發行利率為3.10%，由機構投資者全部認購完畢，認購倍數為3.13倍。該次中期票據發行募集的資金將用於補充光大水務附屬公司的營運資金。
經上海新世紀資信評估投資服務有限公司評定，第三期中期票據及光大水務(作為第三期中期票據發行人)的信用評級均為AAA級。中國銀行股份有限公司與國信證券股份有限公司擔任此次中期票據發行的主承銷商。
光大水務執行董事兼董事長鬍延國先生指出：“2020年8月以來，公司分三期完成了中期票據的全部發行工作，適時抓住市場時間窗口，獲得了較低的發行利率，認購倍數較為理想，顯示出公司信用長期受到市場肯定。中期票據發行所募集資金有效補充了光大水務附屬公司的營運資金。中期票據的發行工作也助力公司優化融資結構，合理管控財務成本，積累融資工作經驗。未來，光大水務將繼續緊密跟蹤市場趨勢和環境變化，根據發展節奏、資金需求、市場窗口等因素綜合統籌，選擇合適的融資渠道，並適時開展融資工作。與此同時，光大水務也將持續探索新融資工具，提升融資渠道多元化水平，更好支持公司的長足發展。”
2020年4月，光大水務獲得中國銀行間市場交易商協會發出的接受註冊通知書，可於中國境內向機構投資者按一期或分多期發行中期票據，註冊金額為人民幣30億元。2020年8月，公司完成發行第一期中期票據，發行本金為人民幣10億元，債券期限為3年，發行利率為3.60%，認購倍數為2.01倍；2021年1月，公司完成發行第二期中期票據，發行本金為人民幣10億元，債券期限為3年，發行利率為3.75%，認購倍數為1.97倍。
