渣打與利奧達成首筆可持續發展表現掛鉤貿易融資信貸及對沖交易
渣打銀行今天宣布與利奧紙品集團達成一筆可持續發展表現掛鉤貿易融資信貸及一宗可持續發展表現掛鉤對沖交易。
這是利奧首次取得可持續發展表現掛鉤貿易融資信貸,應用範圍涵蓋香港、中國內地和越南;這亦是利奧首次利用可持續發展表現掛鉤對沖交易管理外匯風險。在此可持續發展表現掛鉤的框架下,利奧承諾在一段指定時間內降低其有害廢料及總廢料密度至特定水平。一旦達成目標,渣打將向利奧提供財務優惠;反之則會有罰則。(ad/u)
