消費券發放首四日 新地旗下15商場人流回復疫前水平
新地(00016.HK)表示,新一輪政府電子消費券派發首四天(4月7日至10日),十五大商場生意及人流分別較上月升20%及30%。而消費券帶動下,配合商場優惠獎賞加上復活節即將來臨,預計第二季商場人流生意表現將較第一季理想。
新鴻基地產代理執行董事馮秀炎表示,趁疫情持續緩和及首階段政府電子消費券發放,抗疫多時的市民消費意欲破冰回熱,新地十五大商場首階段推出800萬元多重消費獎賞,令商場人流回升至疫前水平。
她指,不少顧客的消費均超越政府消費券金額,政府首階段電子消費券推出首四日,商場已派發逾5,000份消費優惠,令商場及商戶受惠,尤其是電子影音、金飾珠寶及個人保健產品商戶,平均生意比上月至少升20%至30%。
當中,有電子影音商戶表示,因響應消費券特別推出限時優惠,消費券首發日生意升逾一倍多。期間,apm電子品牌商戶在高峰期有逾百人排長龍等入店,兼要分區輪侯。另有金飾珠寶租戶指,價錢約6,000元水平的3錢金粒、龍鳳鐲及金手鏈最受歡迎。而其他地區商場如大埔超級城、元朗廣場等,亦有珠寶商戶分享,營業額按月升至少50%。
